Salary: £31,294 - £37,462 assuming good attendance and 1-2 sleep ins per month
Role Overview

Working in our Children’s Homes involves being part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through high and low moments. Our support workers help young people regain their childhood and develop pathways to become well-rounded adults. The role is rewarding but comes with challenges, along with small victories that make a big difference.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily routines are maintained, including preparing young people for school, assisting with homework, and planning activities.
  • Engage in evening and weekend activities like gaming, sports, movies, or outings.
  • Support positive development and emotional well-being of young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Benefits
  • Salary: Base salary of £28,134 - £34,302
  • Sleep ins: Up to 4 per month, paid at £80 each
