Job summary
Warwickshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Practitioner to join our Children’s Homes in Nuneaton. You will provide day-to-day care, build trusting relationships with children and families, and support education, health appointments and activities.

As a Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in helping young people build confidence, develop independence, and reach their goals
- Provide high-quality day-to-day care and support to children and young people.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people and their families.
- Support children to access education, health appointments, hobbies, and community activities.
- Contribute to care planning and ensure care plans are followed.

- Ensure all statutory regulations, policies, and safeguarding procedures are followed.
