We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team in overseeing our children's residential care home. As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to the children in our care.
You will work closely with the Manager to lead a dedicated team and create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for our residents.

Experience:
At least 2 years managerial experience in health and social care (Essential).
Sound knowledge of governing legislation, procedures and best practice in caring for looked after children Essential).
Qualifications required:
NVQ level 3 in a young person’s setting or equivalent (essential).
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Children’s Health and Social Care (Not essential but must be willing to undertake).

Pay: £34,500.00 per year
