Do you want to be part of a devoted team of care workers working in one of our beautiful Ofsted Registered Children's homes inTelford?

We provide a safe, stable and caring environment for children and young people to make their home.

Our children and young people’s ages range from 8 up to 18 years old and they have often experienced high levels of trauma, neglect, and crisis in their young lives, resulting in them experiencing complex challenges.

What is preferred for this role?

• At least12 months experiencewithin a children’s residential setting.
• Preferred- Driver with full UK driving licence

What will be expected from you as a Waking Nights Residential Care Worker?

• Creating positive relationships and meeting the needs of our children and young people
• Using your experience and skills – further developed with our support and training, you will assist with the care of our children and young people
• An excellent understanding of safeguarding
• An ability to articulate and ensure comprehensive record keeping
