Bedspace is seeking a dedicated care worker to join our children's homes, supporting young people aged 8–18 in a safe, nurturing environment. You will work closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality, individualised care plans and promote dignity and respect for every child.
We will provide in-house training to help you achieve the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) and support progression.

About the role
You will work in the residential home providing a loving and caring environment to children aged 8 – 18 years. Working with a close-knit team, you will be supported every step of the way by our dedicated professionals. You will contribute to our great culture which ensures each child is treated with understanding, dignity, kindness and respect.
In addition to working with a great and supportive team, if you do not yet hold yourLevel 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England)or equivalent then we will deliver and support you to complete this nationally recognised qualification with our experienced in-house assessors.

Full Time 37.5 Hours - Salary is£32,017.38per annum inclusive of sleeps.
Part Time - £12.91 per hour and £71.28 per sleep.
Shift pattern– includes weekends and sleep-ins. 4-week rolling rota; sleeps are 8 across the rota for full-time time and 6 for part-time workers. Shifts are typically 2:30pm - 10:30pm / 7:00am - 3:00pm.
