About the role:
Liquid personnel have an exclusive opportunity for a Children’s Home Manager to oversee a solo home for a young person with backgrounds of EBD and CSE. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Children’s Manager or deputy wanting to utilise their experience and knowledge to shape the future of this home.
You will be working for a fantastic children’s home provider across the northwest who solely focus on positive outcomes for young people using therapeutic approaches and providing solo provisions to give the young person direct 1-1 support, to build and repair relationships, and to equip them with skills for a successful future!
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the children’s home, including managing staff, budget, and resources. You will lead the staff team, along with the deputy, to create a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. Providing leadership and guidance to staff, including regular performance reviews, is essential. You will work collaboratively with external agencies, such as social workers, healthcare providers, and education professionals, to ensure each child receives high-quality care and support. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
