Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to lead a high-performing children's residential service to excellence?

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, development, and management of the children's residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and the delivery of safe, nurturing, and high-quality care for the young people in your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding care in line with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stable environment where children can thrive.
  • Ensure robust safeguarding and child protection practices are always maintained.
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, training, and development of the service.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the home.
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, families, and professionals.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a children's residential home.
  • A proven track record of achieving at least Good' or Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of children's residential care legislation and best practices.
