Qualifications

Job Title: Children's Registered Home Manager

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire

Hours: Full Time, Mon - Fri

Relocation Package: Up to £5000

Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join an expanding organisation as Registered Manager for a children's residential homes. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of your home, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care and compliance. You will lead, inspire, and support your team to provide child-focused, trauma-informed care that promotes positive outcomes.

To attract exceptional talent, a relocation bonus of up to £5,000 is on offer for those who are willing to move to take on this important role.

Essential Requirements

We are looking for candidates who MUST meet the following essential criteria:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a role relevant to the residential care of children.
  • At least two years' experience in a management position within children care
  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving Good' or Outstanding' ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
