Children's Occupational Therapist Grade I - Sefton Council

Location: Sefton Council, Bootle, Merseyside.

Rate: £36.65 per hour

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week


About the role & team:

Sefton Council is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their Children's team. The Senior Occupational Therapist role aims to reduce the impact on the Children's Occupational Therapy service and waiting lists through DFG referrals, complex moving and handling, and safety assessments.

About You:

  • HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with clients with mental health issues
  • Health & Safety knowledge
  • Ability to build strong working partnerships
  • Ability to create rapport with a range of people, especially those with disabilities
  • Ability to explain, encourage, and build confidence
