Leader Education are seeking a Children's Mental Health Classroom Assistant, for a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) school in North Tyneside and Northumberland. This position creates a great opportunity for classroom development and a great way to get further exposure and experience or transfer your skills from a relevant role.
Leader Education can offer free training and continued personal development courses to further enhance the successful candidate's skills and training. This role will include working with children from Key Stage 1 through to 4 and will involve working 1:1 and in small groups.
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday from 8:30am until 4:30pm and is a long-term position.
