Job summary

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's LP - Early Help Team in Lincolnshire. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored support plans, and collaborate with multi-agency partners to help children thrive in their communities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Proven experience in a social work setting, preferably with children and families.
