A well-established highly-regarded Central London law firm are looking for a children's law solicitor with LAA supervisor status to work at their office located a 5 minute walk from Chancery Lane Underground Station.
The requirements of this role are:
·To be capable of covering all aspects of child work.
·To manage an active caseload dealing with a range of private and public children's cases, as well as supervising other members of the team.
·Knowledge and experience of the legal aid scheme including supervisory experience.
·Ideally at least 7 years' qualified/equivalent experience.
·Children Law Accreditation Panel Membership is essential.
·Resolution accredited specialist in private and public law children and have the Law Society's Family Law advanced accreditation.
·Experience of cross border child abduction matters - membership of the International child abduction & contact unit (ICACU) desirable.
While the firm handle both private and public work, Legal Aid supervisory experience is essential for this role.
The firm are 50/50 hybrid/office-based - however, they are willing to be flexible on this as long as you are able to attend their offices at least 1 or 2 days per week.
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
