Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking Residential Team Leaders to support Children and Young People in our homes. You will lead a team, plan rotas, and ensure standards under Ofsted guidelines. This role includes long shifts and essential sleep-ins, with a focus on creating a safe, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old due to Ofsted regulations.
• Experience in child care or residential settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet the needs of Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations.
• Plan team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager.
• Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose.
• Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager.
