About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Children Support Workers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and be part of a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions are valued.

Our Approach

We focus on ensuring our youth support workers have the skills and knowledge to care for children in our care. Using our Model of Care - Pillars of Parenting, we emphasize each child's individual strengths to support their development and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work directly with children and young people, adopting a child-centred approach.
  2. Build warm, positive, and strong relationships with children.
  3. Support children’s goals and development as a positive role model.
  4. Work a shift pattern that includes weekends and sleep-in duties; flexible working requests can be considered.
  5. Additional pay is provided for evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties (terms and conditions apply).
Requirements

Please note: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role, and it is essential that you already have the Right to Work in the UK before applying.
