• Ensure the highest levels of care and support for young people aged 7-18.
• Inspire and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for children.
• Deliver a holistic and integrated approach to care.

Requirements

• NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children\'s Services).
• NVQ Level 3 in Children\'s Residential Services or equivalent.
• Experience in a Deputy or Children\'s Home Registered Manager position.
• Experience in a residential children\'s home environment.
• Full UK driving license.
