Tasks

Leading and motivating a passionate care team.

Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and national care standards.

Creating a safe, supportive environment tailored to the needs of children with EBD.

Developing care plans and promoting the emotional, physical, and educational development of each child.

Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent – essential).
  • Proven experience in a senior role within a residential children’s setting.
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs.

You must hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate

You must provide a copy of your passport.

If you do not hold a British passport, you must provide a valid Share Code and proof of Right to Work in the UK.
