Dual Registered Manager - Children's Home (SEMH)

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £75,000 (depending on experience) + performance bonuses

You'll be joining a genuinely supportive team led by child-centric directors and a Responsible Individual with a strong childcare background who truly understands the realities of running a home. They believe in empowering their managers, not micromanaging them.

This brand-new dual-registered home in Leicester is a blank canvas — and they're looking for a confident, passionate leader to make it their own.

What you'll be doing
