Full Time: 40 hours per week
Salary: £54,825.86 per annum with the potential to earn up to £69,325.86 with bonuses
Accountable to: Regional Director and Head of Care
Headway Adolescent Resources were formed in 1999 and has established a good reputation in the residential adolescent childcare sector, and pride themselves in having the insight and ability to care for young people as individuals in a holistic manner, regardless of their background.
We are currently seeking a Children's Home Dual Registered Manager to join our services in Western-Super- Mare and Bristol looking after not just one… but two of our amazing homes! You will be overseeing a three and a brand new four-bedroom home, with a small team assigned to support the young people who call these places their home.
As a Dual Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the homes to ensure we deliver a high quality level of care, ensuring the homes actively promote the rights of young people as individuals and provides them with quality care in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation.
You must be committed to making a real difference to the lives of the young people in our care and to working to a high standard of professional practice with a non-judgmental and get up and go positive attitude taking into account the views of the young people's views, wishes and feelings.
