Deputy Manager Role

As Deputy Manager, you\'ll use your life skills and leadership abilities to make a real difference every day. Responsibilities include:

  • Building positive relationships with young people and safeguarding their welfare
  • Supervising staff, leading shifts, creating rotas, and running team meetings
  • Supporting education and placement plans
  • Ensuring all policies, procedures, and risk assessments are up to date
  • Providing guidance and support to the wider staff team

Deputy Manager Criteria
  • Aged 22 years or over (Ofsted requirement)
