A children's therapeutic home in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a Deputy Manager to provide strong leadership and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves creating a nurturing environment for children and young people while supporting staff development. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and a commitment to safeguarding. The role includes competitive pay of £39,152 – £41,771 per annum, comprehensive training, and career progression opportunities.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to join Oak Tree House, our Children’s Home in Leamington Spa, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This is a four‑bed Children’s home for children aged 8‑17 years. It is a therapeutic approach home designed to provide a nurturing, trauma‑informed environment where children and young people feel safe, valued, and supported to develop and thrive. Our home is warm, welcoming, and tastefully furnished to create a sense of comfort and security.
