Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting a Children's Health Worker for the South Kesteven Rural Team (Bourne). The role focuses on improving health outcomes for children and families with health promotion and early intervention within a multidisciplinary setting.
You will work across clinics, nurseries and family homes, in a Family Hub partnership approach, joining Health Visitors and Registered Nurses in a supportive rural team.

We are excited to be involved in the Family Hub model working in partnership with other agencies including Early Years teams, Family Help and Social Care. We work within a variety of settings such as clinics, nurseries and family homes, no two days are the same. This role offers a genuine opportunity to make a positive impact on families.
