Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a compassionate Children's Emotional Health and Wellbeing Coach to join the Wiltshire service in Chippenham. This part-time role (26 hours per week) supports children, young people and families using solution-focused coaching and social prescribing with the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team at Greenways Business Park, SN15 1BN, delivering targeted, outcomes-focused help and enabling resilience and wellbeing for the whole family.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 3 Certificate in Work with Parents
• Skills required to communicate with parents / carers and external agencies and to provide pastoral support and advice to children and young people
• Empathy and sensitivity are required
• Trained in Solution Focused Therapy or equivalent therapies or willing to complete
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Trained and experienced in delivering at least one evidence-based manualised, therapeutic intervention

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted outcomes-focused help to address emotional health issues for children, young people and families
• Utilise solution-focused coaching and social prescribing with the 5 Ways to Wellbeing
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver interventions
