Active Assistance seeks passionate carers to support children with complex health needs in their family homes in Liverpool & Sefton. You will help with day-to-day care, including activities in the community, under the guidance of a Care Manager.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to cover day shifts including weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to work with children with autism/non-verbal needs and complex clinical requirements.
• Empathy and strong communication when supporting families and carers.

Responsibilities

• Work across children\'s care packages in Liverpool and Sefton.
• Support children in their family homes and during community activities.
• Provide full specialist training and ongoing support from the Care Manager.
