Looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking Support Workers / Intervenors to join our Intervenor Service in the North London area, primarily working in Watford.

We provide 1:1 support to children and adults with congenital Deafblindness, supporting their personal and social development and encouraging independence through access to activities.

No prior professional care experience is necessary, as we offer specialist training on supporting individuals with dual-sensory impairments and other disabilities.

It is essential to have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

We are recruiting for bank/relief Intervenors, with potential for permanent roles based on individual needs. Current available hours in North London may vary; please inquire during interview.

If you enjoy arts and crafts, role play, and dance, we have a young child needing support 4 hours per week on weekends and during school holidays in the Watford area.

Additional hours may be available across Watford and Waltham Cross.

Support may include:

  • Assisting with daily activities led by the individual.
  • Supporting independent living.
  • Enabling access to activities based on sensory needs, communication, and interests.
  • Personal care and hygiene.
  • Community outings for shopping, social activities, or trips.
