Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with City Health Care Partnership CIC for an enthusiastic Nurse to join the Community Children’s Nursing Service. The role involves working with children and young people with complex health needs within Sunshine House and other community settings.

As part of the team, the post holder will demonstrate excellent communication and clinical skills, with recent acute/complex nursing experience. Flexibility to work with different staff teams across Hull and East Riding is essential.

We are seeking a confident, competent Registered Nurse capable of leading the nursing team in delivering a short break service in a busy environment and contributing to our expanding community children’s service.
