Job summary

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking an experienced administrator to provide Management Team Support within the Supporting Families Service. The role involves coordinating with senior managers, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day service delivery.

The position requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare. This is a fixed-term post until 31/03/2026.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking minutes for external and internal meetings, experience in working with Senior Managers and has excellent interpersonal skills.
