Job Description:

Our ambition is to support children and young people to be safe and supported to reach their full potential. To do this, we need the very best Advanced Social Work Practitioners to join our teams in frontline Fieldwork services. We currently have vacancies in our North Fieldwork teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join us in Sheffield, where you will be using relationship-based practice and the signs of safety framework to deliver an excellent social work service to children, young people, and their families.

As an accountable professional, you will ensure the highest standards of conduct and practice. You will also support and mentor less experienced social workers to analyze cases and promote best practices for positive outcomes.

You should be an experienced, qualified senior social work practitioner with significant post-qualification experience. You must be capable of working autonomously on complex cases, including conducting risk assessments, presenting evidence in court, and undertaking safeguarding investigations within a multi-agency environment.
