Job Description:

Rochdale Family Support and Protection Service are looking for enthusiastic and committed Advanced Practitioners to support our transition into a new way of working.

Advanced Practitioners are vital in our service, supporting Social Workers and Team Managers in operational management, performance, and quality assurance. This role offers an opportunity to develop management skills while continuing work with children and families with a reduced caseload.

Rochdale is transitioning into the family safeguarding model, establishing multi-disciplinary teams co-located under a unified management structure for a whole-family response through direct assessment. We seek Advanced Practitioners to help implement this innovative model.
