Law Staff is seeking an experienced Children Panel Solicitor to join a prestigious, nationally recognised Family Law team in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including Legal Aid work, and provide advocacy on their own cases while supporting colleagues.

They will stay ahead of legal developments, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to business development through networking and content creation.

Formación

• Approximately 3 years’ PQE+ in family law.
• Strong advocacy skills for own cases and with support.
• Experience with Legal Aid and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to contribute to marketing and business development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a varied caseload in children and domestic abuse matters, including Legal Aid work.
• Provide advocacy on your own cases and support colleagues as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in family law and apply them to practice.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures and regulatory standards (Legal Aid Agency, Lexcel).
• Contribute to growth of the team and business through networking and social media.

The Children Panel Solicitor will demonstrate strong knowledge of:

• Managing a varied caseload of both publicly and privately funded children and domestic abuse matters, including Legal Aid work.
• Providing advocacy on your own cases as well as supporting colleagues with advocacy requirements where needed.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, particularly within your specialist area of practice, and applying this knowledge effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with firm policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Legal Aid Agency, Lexcel, and professional standards.
• Playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the team and wider business through marketing initiatives, including attending networking events, contributing articles, and engaging proactively on social media platforms.
