You will handle a mix of private and public children matters, including care proceedings and legally aided work, working with vulnerable clients and a supportive national team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE and a genuine children law specialism.
• Experience across private and public law cases involving children.
• Comfort with legally aided work and protective orders.

Responsibilities

• Specialise in children law across private and public funded matters.
• Manage private law children proceedings and care matters.
• Work on legal aid cases and protective orders.
• Represent parents and family members in sensitive cases.
• Collaborate with a national Family practice to support growth in Birmingham.
