Main Responsibilities:

• Report to Department Director
• Provide professional, proactive client care and support
• Assist with casework, including public and private children cases, and undertake advocacy
• Attend client meetings, take instructions, and prepare cases
• Handle correspondence and maintain accurate time records
• Implement supervisor recommendations and ensure file management compliance
