We are currently recruiting for Social Workers/Senior Social Workers in our Children in Care teams based in Cheltenham and Gloucester.

• Between £36,648 - £38,223 per annum for a Social Worker or between £39,186 - £44,428 per annum for a Senior Social Worker, depending on experience

As a social worker in the Children in Care team, you will manage a caseload of children with various care plans, advocating for their voices and life histories, ensuring they have access to health, education, and stable homes, and acting as a corporate parent.

About You

You will be essential in delivering high-quality services, building positive relationships, and ensuring children’s safety and well-being. Requirements include:

• Social Work England registration
• A recognized qualification in Social Work
• Passed your ASYE if qualified after 2012
• Full driving license and willingness to drive
• DBS clearance
