HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Band 6 Nurse (SCPHN desirable) to join our Children in Care health team on a 33-hour-per-week community basis, with hybrid working options. The role focuses on assessments, care planning, and inter-agency coordination to improve outcomes for looked-after children.

We are looking for an experienced Band 6 Nurse (SCPHN desirable) to join our Children in Care health team for 33 hours per week based at Derby Court, Trowbridge, though this is a community role. The Children in Care health team, work with our partnership agencies striving to make positive changes and improve health outcomes for children in care. You will join a supportive and welcoming team of specialist health nurses and admin support and be managed by the Named Nurse for Looked After Children. The Team is committed to professional development and successful applicants will have opportunities to access further training. Working hours are typically Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, though we are committed to flexibility with hours and offer hybrid working to meet the needs of the staff, clients, and the service.
