We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male Complex Care Support Worker to provide specialist care for two young boys, aged 5 and 7, with neuro-diverse behaviours.
About the Role:- Supporting the children in their daily routines, ensuring their needs are met with a person-centred approach
- Encouraging independence, engagement, and development through structured activities
- Managing challenging behaviours with patience and expertise
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and sensory needs
- Transporting the children safely to activities or appointments (business insurance required)
- Working collaboratively with family members and professionals
Requirements:- Previous experience in complex care and working with neuro-diverse children
- A valid UK driving licence and business insurance
- Ability to work flexibly, including additional hours during school holidays
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, patience, and resilience
