An established industry player is seeking dedicated Children & Family Support Workers to join their locality-based team in Airdrie. We are currently recruiting Children & Family Support Workers to join our locality-based team in Airdrie. The roles involve supporting children, young people, and their families in line with the Children Services Plan for North Lanarkshire and The Promise (The Independent Care Review). As a member of our Children & Families team, and in partnership with other agencies, you will develop positive professional relationships with children, young people, and their families, focusing on effective engagement and communication. You will undertake assessments, develop plans, and work with other agencies to identify, assess, and manage risks.
