• Some care experience and knowledge of complex care is ideal.

Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more. We support people of all ages in their homes and communities, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Each day presents new challenges, and you’ll be making a positive difference in your clients’ lives while developing your expertise.

This role involves caring for a child in their own home.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have some care experience and knowledge of complex care. Experience working with children with disabilities in hospital, community, or residential settings is beneficial. Full nurse-led training will be provided.
