What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Children’s Complex Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. We support individuals of all ages in the community and their homes, with needs like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and more. Each day presents new challenges, and your work will make a real difference in your clients' lives while you grow professionally.

What you’ll need

You should be caring, compassionate, and a good listener. Previous experience in care is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training by qualified nurses.
