Servoca Nursing and Care is a leading provider of support services for children and young people. We work with a variety of settings, including schools, residential homes, and community organizations, to deliver tailored support that helps young individuals thrive.

We are seeking a caring and adaptable Agency Children and Young People Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing flexible support to children and young people in various settings, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.

Location: Various support facilities across Liverpool

Pay: £11.50 - £20 per hour – Depending on experience, qualifications, and shift rate available. Inclusive of bank holiday premium rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer one-on-one and group support to children and young people
  • Assist with daily activities, homework, and social skills development
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment in various settings
  • Identify and address safeguarding concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of support provided
  • Monitor and document progress and changes
