Nudge Education Limited in Wirral is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in a community-based setting outside traditional classrooms. You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, conduct risk assessments, and work with families and regional teams to create safe, meaningful learning experiences.

This role offers flexible opportunities based on location and student match, with daytime hours Monday

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD and challenging behaviour.
• Experience of trauma informed practice and ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences).
• Experience supporting secondary age students.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

About the Role

Who We're Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

We value empathy, resilience, creativity, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD and challenging behaviour

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £16.48-£25.75 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday-Friday daytime availability required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
