Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns while working with families and professionals.

This role offers flexible daytime hours, with lead roles paid at £16.48–£25.75 per hour plus expenses. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Willing to undertake Personal Care & adapt to complex needs of students.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.

This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will:

• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

We value empathy, resilience, creativity, and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
