Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate, adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs in a community-based setting. This role focuses on safe, engaging, meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

You will build trust with vulnerable learners, deliver tailored interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.

Who We're Looking For

You may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.

Essential Requirements

Practicalities

• Flexible opportunities based on location and student match
• £16-£25 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expenses
• Monday-Friday daytime availability required
• Consistent availability is essential to provide stability for young people
