The NHS is seeking an Administrative Supervisor for a fixed-term secondment role for 9 months covering maternity leave. The successful candidate will oversee an administration team in the Children & Young People's Division, ensuring efficient operations across Wrexham and Flintshire. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and relevant qualifications, including proven experience in office settings and NHS environments.

To provide administrative supervision for the administration team within the Children & Young People's Division under the direction of the Administration Manager and Deputy Operations Manager. This post is an East post and will cover both Wrexham and Flintshire areas.
The post holder will facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective administrative and clerical service. The post holder will supervise the administrative and clerical staff organising their workload as necessary and reviewing systems and processes in line with service needs. The post holder will be responsible for contacting the Estates department, IT, facilities and other departments as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the various sites.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
