This is an exciting time to join Tameside, and you will be part of a service that is highly committed, welcoming, and supportive. We are continuing to transform our approach to how we deliver services to support children and families, having adopted a trauma informed strength and relationship based approach as our practice framework.

As a Team Manager, you will offer a high level of support and challenge to your social workers and inspire your teams to do their very best for Tameside children.

You will be responsible for a team providing assessment, planning, and intervention services to children in need of a statutory assessment.

With fantastic leadership skills and attributes, you will ensure your team members are well supported and equipped to succeed.
