Wigan are looking for a qualified Social Worker to work in their CIC team.

Details and requirements are listed below:

  • Regular and reflective supervision
  • Induction period inclusive of shadowing opportunities
  • Monthly group supervision
  • Supportive and accessible team managers and senior Personal Advisors
  • Established team, with fantastic hub setting for care leavers to access Monday-Friday
  • Social Work qualified
  • Experience of Pathway planning and pathway plan review meetings
  • Keeping in touch visits and recording of these
  • Use of liquid logic
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance
  • Attendance at reflective group supervision
  • Completion of risk assessment and co-ordination of the team around a care leaver
  • Support the team manager in progressing pathway planning for separated young people
  • Open to monthly case supervision involving reflection
  • Regular and reflective supervision
  • Induction period inclusive of shadowing opportunities
  • Monthly group supervision
  • Supportive and accessible team managers and senior Personal Advisors
