About the Role:
We are committed to supporting children and young people with challenging backgrounds to thrive and achieve their potential. We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team and help make a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic, nurturing care to children and young people, promoting their emotional, physical, and psychological well-being.
  • Assist with day-to-day household tasks such as cooking, shopping, and supporting independent living skills.
  • Help children integrate into social and educational activities, maintaining consistent boundaries and promoting a sense of identity and self-worth.
  • Participate in planning and reviews, liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals.
  • Assist with health and safety, safeguarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Over 21 years old.
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • Experience in residential care or similar roles preferred.
  • Full UK driving license (essential) and access to a car (desirable).
  • Ability to work shifts, including sleepovers and waking nights.
  • Satisfactory DBS check and references required.
