Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker at our young clients home in Hook.

When you'll be working:

  • Sunday nights (10pm-7am)
  • 1 regular night a week, but flexibility to cover additional night shifts when the other team members are off

What you'll be doing:

This role is to support a young boy with complex health needs in his family home overnight. This will involve supporting him with his clinical equipment. Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
