A leading care provider is looking for a Children’s Support Worker to support a 3-year-old boy with complex health needs in his home. Work part-time evenings Monday to Friday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, earning up to £13.50 per hour. Candidates should be female with a caring nature and must be drivers due to location. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with holiday pay and flexible contract options.
Location: Lower Beeding (must be a driver with access to a car due to rural location)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–10:00pm (25 hours per week)
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour

This lovely little boy lives with his mum, dad, and siblings. He’s a wheelchair user, is tube fed via gastrostomy, and communicates through body language and emotion. He’s also non-verbal and has visual and learning difficulties—but his spirit is full of joy.
He loves cuddles, interactive play with switch toys, and spending time with his siblings. You’ll play a key role in his evening routine—providing care, comfort, and connection.
Monday–Friday
5:00pm–10:00pm (25 hours per week)

Supporting with personal care, moving & handling, and clinical routines
Carrying out physiotherapy activities
Reading and responding to the child’s non-verbal communication
Creating a calm, engaging, and nurturing environment in the evenings
You'll be fully supported with specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing guidance from your Clinical Care Manager.
