About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, learning never stops. We provide opportunities for you to develop your skills and build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

We offer flexible, part-time working hours between 7am and 6:30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?
  • Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your assigned children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met consistently.
Who are we looking for?

We seek someone passionate about achieving outstanding results for children, with:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we will cover the costs)
  • Open, honest, and compassionate nature
  • Inspiration and passion for early years and working with children
