What will the role involve?
  • Work in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children’s outcomes.

  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
What can we offer you?
  • Career Growth: Progression opportunities within the nursery and society-wide. Develop into roles like a nursery manager or beyond—dreams and aspirations are key.
  • Learning and Development: Support to develop your skills through supervisions, personal development plans, learning resources, and our LEAP Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Discounts and Perks: Up to 20% off food shopping, £500 off holidays, and 60% off childcare fees, saving up to £7000 a year.
  • Wellbeing: Resources and tools for your mental and financial wellbeing, including wellbeing apps.
