About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day workweeks, to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?
  • Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the classroom and for children's outcomes.
  • Supporting the education and development of your assigned children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are consistently met.

We seek someone who can achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children, with:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS check (costs covered by us)
